Why Celebrate Aging Life Care™?
May 23, 2024 | Aging Life Care
May is a special month for us, because it includes two recognition dates that reflect and inspire our work. It’s Older Americans Month, a time to recognize older Americans’ contributions, highlight aging trends, and reaffirm commitments to serving the older adults in our communities.
May is also Aging Life Care™ Month, a celebration of the Aging Life Care profession and the Aging Life Care Association. Why a celebration? Because providing Aging Life Care services gives our clients what we would all want for ourselves and our loved ones: friendly, professional guidance for the often-unfamiliar landscape of aging. Aging Life Care professionals help you plan senior years with expertise in everything from current care and housing needs to what kind of care you may need in the future to how you’ll pay for the care you need.
Here are more thoughts on Aging Life Care from the Windward Life Care team—Aging Life Care managers and other professionals.
