Your after-hours calls go directly to Windward employees with access to your records, not a call center. Our clients benefit from the combined experience of our team, which includes expertise in caregiving, social work, nursing, counseling, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and other related fields. Our Aging Life Care Managers provide support and backup to a team of home care aides who are agency employees. Your care manager serves as the main point of contact for clients and family.
