“The Care Managers are a big help with emotional and social support to both me and my client.”
“We have felt that our Care Manager has a clear overview, is insightful and has everybody’s best interests at the top of the list.”
“Over the course of many years, and the last 5 years in particular, my Care Manager has been an incredible resource for me, for which I am immensely grateful. Having known my mother from the start of companion services all the way to the end, she has been available to help me navigate the changing needs of my mother. She has always been extremely responsive. Her knowledge, expertise and resourcefulness eased my burden significantly. The peace of mind she provided to me by brainstorming and researching options as the situation evolved were invaluable. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is and how grateful I am for having her by my side over the years and throughout this journey.”
“We have been most pleased with the services provided by Windward Life Care. We not only have a Care Health Manager but a companion care gal as well, both provided by Windward. I moved out of state and the rest of my family are many miles away, so having some personal attention to our 97 yr old aunt was imperative! They have been responsive to our requests and have gone above and beyond the call of duty in some instances. We couldn’t be more pleased with the personnel assigned to overseeing our Aunt and feel most comfortable that she is getting the attention she needs. I would highly recommend this company.”
“We never imagined how far-reaching and essential the work you provided would be.”
“Our Care Manager has always been available if we had a problem with scheduling or care. Very responsive.”
“The Caregivers, Care Manager and Nurse take good care of my Mom and communicate on aspects of her care.”
“Windward has been instrumental in making sure my Father has all the help he needs in my absence as I live several states away.”
“My mother has behaviors that are challenging to manage with the beginning stages of dementia. I live 3,000 miles away. Windward Life Care has been a Godsend. I have much more peace of mind now than before Windward.”
