Jennifer brings her proven success in cultivating and expanding partnerships with both corporate entities and individuals to her role as Windward’s Partnership Development Manager. Part of the Business Development team, she is responsible for developing and implementing Windward’s sales strategy and for building out and managing our referral network. Having previously dedicated over 20 years to supporting vulnerable populations in the social service sector, Jennifer is guided by her deep passion to enhance the quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities in growing our sales efforts and partnerships with the aging services community.
