“Windward embraces the team approach which is a philosophy I have valued and embraced since my first day as a social worker. I have seen firsthand the positive outcomes that can occur in a person’s life when a multidisciplinary team comes together to support them in leading the best life they can. My goal is to instill hope and courage in the staff I collaborate with so they can do the critical work that truly improves the lives of the individuals and families we serve.”
