After earning her RN license, Kimberly worked as a charge nurse at a rehabilitation hospital in Colorado. As a Nurse Care Manager, her duties at Windward include assessing clients, particularly those with complex medical needs, and then planning, coordinating, and managing their ongoing care. Kimberly applies her passion for geriatric care to ensure the quality and suitability of services while creating a sense of purpose for her clients. Kimberly is also a Public Health Nurse (PHN).
“Growing up watching my grandparents battle with Alzheimer’s ignited within me a deep passion for caring for the elderly. As a nurse, I am inspired to provide compassionate care to those in need, especially in the field of geriatrics. Windward presents a unique opportunity for me to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors and to be their supporter and advocate while we navigate the aging process.”
