As a Staffing Coordinator, Jolee works within the staffing team to schedule Home Care Aide shifts. She draws on nearly eight years of experience in senior care and previous work as an HCA and CNA to guide her in matching each Windward HCA’s skills and characteristics with our clients’ specific needs. Jolee also applies her previous experience managing a small nursing home to the various other administrative aspects of her role at Windward. Equally important is her caring nature developed from her prior work with people with dementia, Alzheimer’s, autism, and mental illness.
