Danielle Neal joined the Windward Life Care Human Resources team in September 2016. She received her bachelor of arts in liberal studies from San Diego State University. Danielle has almost 10 years of experience in office administration, retail management, operations management, and human resources. Over the course of her career, she has been responsible for recruiting, on-boarding and managing numerous employees. As an operations manager in the senior healthcare field, Danielle hired and trained customer service teams with a focus on providing excellent and solution-based care to senior clients.
At Windward Life Care, Danielle has helped develop stringent hiring standards that have enabled her to bring the most skilled and committed people to the Windward team. Her position as Recruiting and Retention Manager requires her to keep abreast of changes to the local, state and federal laws affecting our company and employees and includes regular contact with the State of California Home Care Service Bureau.
