Christina Gottschalk, On-Call Care Manager and LVN, Windward Home Health
Having previously served at Windward as a Home Care Aide, Christina Gottschalk returns to the Windward team as an On-Call Care Manager and LVN. After pursuing an opportunity to work at a local hospital as a CNA, she completed an LVN program in 2022 and transitioned to work in a family clinic setting, where she managed the nurse’s clinic. In her new role at Windward, Christina applies her excellent communication skills to meet the after-hours needs of clients and staff and to address any crisis situations. She advocates for clients in medical, facility, and home settings, and guides home care aides working with clients, ensuring safety and optimal client care. She also provides nursing care to Windward Home Health patients.
