So what I do is I’m basically the support system for all the home care aides, all of the clients, all the client family members. A lot of other companies, you call them

and it’s almost like you get a receptionist who has no, no idea, even just who you are, who the client is.

They kind of just take the message and be like, oh yeah, I’ll pass it along, and you don’t hear back.

The great thing about Winward is you can call, like I said Sunday afternoon and you’re you’re going to be connected with someone who knows the client, who knows the home care aid, who knows the situation.
