Sarit Ben-Aroya, RN, Nurse Care Manager and RN Case Manager, Windward Home Health
Sarit Ben-Aroya brings a wealth of clinical experience, both as an LVN and RN, to her dual roles as a Nurse Care Manager for Windward Life Care and RN Case Manager for Windward Home Health. As an LVN for over a decade, Sarit took care of people with a variety of needs, including older adults, people with dementia, medically fragile children, and rehabilitating veterans. After earning her RN license, she worked as a charge nurse, overseeing CNAs and caregivers, performed patient care duties, and provided care coordination and case management services. She now applies her multifaceted expertise in care management and clinical work to support the health and wellbeing of Windward clients, particularly those with complex medical needs who can benefit from her medically informed oversight.
