Coming to Windward from the nonprofit human services field, Rocío brings extensive experience with case management, program management, and advocacy work—assisting people with a wide range of critical needs, including the need to talk to someone who listens and cares. A native of Argentina, Rocío understands the importance of respecting and incorporating the lifestyles, personal preferences, and cultural backgrounds of each client as she develops their customized plan of care in her role as Aging Life Care Manager. Her finely honed planning, organization, and coordination skills help ensure all her clients receive the best care possible, anticipating any changes as their needs evolve.

Some of my most memorable relationships, both professional and personal, have been with seniors.
