Naomy Bachmann
Naomy Bachmann, Aging Life Care Manager
Naomy’s passion for working with older adults started at 14 years old in Switzerland, where she volunteered at an assisted living facility, and continued to grow through her work with Holocaust survivors at Jewish Family Service. She brings that passion and more to her role as an Aging Life Care Manager at Windward. Naomy applies her seven-plus years’ experience in geriatric care management to her careful assessment of her clients’ needs to develop a comprehensive care management plan, which she continuously follows up on to assure the highest quality of care. Having also worked for a social service nonprofit, she is keenly aware of the various supports people need to ensure their security, comfort, and well-being.
