Joining the Windward team after 10 years of working in retail, Emily Pinto brings exceptional customer service skills as well as staff management experience. She is a positive bilingual communicator with a calm and level-headed approach to managing routine needs and meeting special challenges. As a Staffing Coordinator at Windward, Emily assists the staffing team in scheduling Home Care Aides, helping to ensure each Home Care Aide’s skills and characteristics are optimally matched with each client’s needs. Her other staffing support duties include coordinating and confirming HCA shift coverage, managing schedule changes and requests, and tracking and recording HCA hours.
