Crystal Ruiz leads the planning and implementation of Windward’s sales strategy, overseeing our professional sales team, building and maintaining our referral network, and cultivating strategic partnerships within the aging services community. Her work is driven by a passion to impact people’s lives, which she developed through more than 20 years of working in the ophthalmic industry. Her experience spans clinical operations, professional education, business development, and strategic leadership, to which she brought a people-centered approach to every challenge. Crystal’s multifaceted background gives her a unique perspective that she applies to executing an effective sales strategy at Windward, ensuring quality client care remains at the forefront.
