Chelsea Kennedy
Chelsea Kennedy, President, Administrator – Windward Home Health
As President of Windward Life Care, Chelsea oversees all day-to-day operations, working with an interdisciplinary team of home care professionals to further Windward’s mission to provide integrated, compassionate care to older adults and people with disabilities throughout San Diego. Chelsea originally joined Windward Life Care in 2018 as the Area Manager for North County, and the following year, she became Windward Home Health’s Operations Manager and later its head Administrator. In 2022, she took on the additional role of Vice President of Client Services while maintaining her position as Windward Home Health Administrator. Chelsea received her B.A. in societal communications from Point Loma Nazarene University. A member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) and Probate Attorneys of San Diego (PASD), she has nearly a decade of combined management experience in home care, operations, sales, marketing, and recruiting.
