Attikis Houfek, RN, Nurse Care Manager
As a Nurse Care Manager, Attikis plays a primary role in assessing each client’s medical needs, developing a plan of care, and coordinating our team’s ongoing provision of care. Through extensive experience in a variety of medical situations, both as an EMT and RN, Attikis has developed a special ability to approach every medical situation with composure and compassion, ensuring each client benefits from his informed expertise. He draws on his experience in acute care and as a nursing team lead for a major city health department to foster a collaborative team atmosphere that always puts the client’s needs first.

As an EMT and RN in the hospital, I came to understand how difficult the medical system can be to navigate for patients and their families.
