Anne “Annie” Brantman, RN, MSN, CNS, PMHNP, Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Through an agreement with Senior Medical Associates, Windward Life Care facilitates psychiatric care for clients in need of these services. Annie Brantman, a certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, sees Windward clients monthly. These visits are virtual or in person at the Windward Life Care offices in Banker’s Hill and San Marcos.
Annie is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, where she received her master of science in nursing. Since 1999, Annie has provided psychiatric care for adults in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, outpatient practices, and correctional facilities. Annie has extensive knowledge in helping older adults with varied diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and dementia. Through her personable approach employing both humor and empathy, Annie is able to connect quickly with her patients. Her well-honed diagnostic skills and knowledge of psychopharmacology enable her to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for her patients.
